Welcome to the Summer Lunch Club!
Since 2023, during the last three weeks of the School Summer Holidays, Hands Together Ludlow have provided a free, healthy packed lunch to children eligible for Free School Meals. We work closely with the local primary and secondary schools to sign children up the scheme.
In 2024, the project was partially funded through the UK Government's Shared Prosperity Fund and The National Lottery. We collaborate with supermarkets and local organsations to offer a nutrious, but still exciting, lunch while using surplus where possible that has been donated to our Community Fridge.
