As an independent registered charity Hands Together LUDLOW is managed by a board of Trustees drawn from various areas of public and charitable life in Ludlow.
Day to day management is provided by a small Executive team supported by a paid Administrator. We also employ a part time Volunteer & Referrals Coordinator who is the first point of contact for those in need of help.

All of our volunteers and those who belong to one of our groups are included in the membership of Hands Together LUDLOW. In addition there is a Friends organisation to enable others to support the charity in other ways, and be counted as members too.

As a registered charity we hold an Annual General Meeting at which all members are invited to express their views and elect the Trustees.

The work is further supported by a number of working groups who are responsible for specific aspects of the charity:

The Finance & Funding committee is responsible for all aspects of fundraising, grant applications and financial reporting. This group includes our Treasurer and members of the Executive Team.

The Policies & Procedures committee is responsible for ensuring that all our processes and checks are properly thought through and implemented.

We would also like to establish a Marketing & Communications committee to oversee all our publicity materials and messages.
If you have marketing skills and experience, especially with Social Media, we would be very pleased to hear from you.
